Discounts

  • Multiple Child Discounts: 5% discount for each sibling in same family


Application Fee (New Students Only): 
$175 non-refundable application fee due when submitting application 


Deposit: 
Upon acceptance, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve placement. The deposit will be applied equally towards the family tuition balance.  


Additional Fees: 

Annual FACTS Fee: Monthly payments are made to a tuition management system (FACTS). To utilize a monthly payment option, FACTS charges an annual fee of $55 per family.  

School Supply Fee (K-12): Approximately $85  

School Uniforms (PreK- 12): Purchased separately through RC Uniforms 


Optional Expenses (Not Included in Tuition): 

  • Yearbooks (Estimated to be between $80 - $90/book)

  • Spirit Shirts  (Estimated to be between $15 - $20/shirt)

  • Upper School Athletic Fees (Estimated to be between $200 - $250/sport)

  • Field Trips/ School Trips (Varies)

  • Lower School Intramural Sports (Estimated to be between $80 - $90/sport)

  • Extended Day (See rates, below.)

  • Lunches (Estimated to be between $7 - $10/day)

  • Extra-curricular Activities & Events (Varies)

Morning Care

  • Lower School-7:00AM-7:55 AM/ Upper School- 7:00 AM- 7:40 AM 

  • $80/month 

Afternoon Care

  • Lower School- 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM/ Upper School- 3:30 PM- 6:00 PM 

  • $180/month 

Combined Morning and Afternoon Care 

  • $230/month 

Occasional Care 

  • Occasional Care is available for $10 for any part of any hour.

  • There is a $35 registration fee.
